IQ technology is designed to work in combination with MHM’s oval machines, bringing the potential of traditional frame printing together with the most recent digital processes.
Maximum precision and great solidity even in conditions of intensive use.
Thanks to its unique set-up and to the size of its printing carriage (up to a maximum of 50cm width in the version with 64 heads), the coupling of the IQ Digital printer with the Oval machine grants access to an integrated system, capable to operate with a single-pass logic within very flexible printing cycles, both in uni- or bi-directional mode, on single or double stations.

PRINTHEADS

The wide printing width and the highly resistant materials used in its manufacturing (64.9 mm stainless steel plate) are among the main specs that make this head sturdy and reliable, capable to operate with a good number of inks and production environments.
Each head is equipped with a thermistor to heat the ink within a wide temperature range so that high viscosity inks can be printed as well.
The multi-drops mode allows the formation of drops with variable size (up to 45 pL) and an efficient management of gray scale while printing.

INKS

The user can choose which inks to use with IQ Digital Printer, provided that this choice respects the chemical and physical requirements defined by the head manufacturer. Arioli recommends the use of Artistri P3500 inks by Dupont.
