We are pleased to announce that Arioli SpA filed with Court a request to restructure its debt according to art. 182 L.F. on December 09, 2020.
We are now waiting for Court’s approval in order to start executing the submitted plan.
Company reached with Creditors and Banks an agreement that cancels the previous debt almost completely and therefore allows for the financial and business situation to become normal again.
As a consequence we expect Arioli to resume its regular activities within the beginning of next year.
Delivering the consistent order portfolio, we believe Arioli shall promptly come back to restore a strong confidence with all the stakeholders.
We thank all creditors for trust and support shown to Arioli in this situation too.
