ARIOLI SPA HAS OBTAINED FROM THE COURT OF MILAN PROTECTIVE MEASURES AGAINST SALVADE’ SRL

The court of Milan first accepted and then confirmed the request for description filed by Arioli SPA against the competitor Salvadé S.r.l.
Our Company has therefore obtained measures to protect industrial secrets and company know-how, following which the main lawsuit will take place.

“Arioli has always been attentive to the protection of its image and intangible assets and will continue monitoring the market and take action against unfair competitors.”
